Dr. John M. Hayes
As a board certified OB/GYN, Dr. John Hayes is always pleasantly surprised by his patients’ overwhelmingly positive reaction to his background. Prior to joining the Washington D.C. Boston Medical Group as the primary physician of its Washington D.C. location, Dr. Hayes ran a successful, private practice for over 30 years. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and later completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. During his tenure as Chief Resident at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, he was awarded the prestigious John P. Emich Award for Bedside Manner.
It is the personal belief of Dr. Hayes that most physicians enter the medical field because they like helping people, and he himself is no different. He enjoys working with patients and relishes the opportunity to help them restore their self-image, and improve their relationships and overall well being.
